In 1994, Bali’s wine story took its first graceful step into the world with a single creation, Hatten Rosé. It was our very first wine, and in many ways, it has been our heartbeat ever since. Born from the island’s sun-drenched vineyards and the dream of crafting something truly unique, Hatten Rosé captured the essence of Bali in a bottle; vibrant, refreshing, and full of life.
Our Rosé is made from Bali’s native Alphonse Lavallée grape variety, blended with the aromatic Muscat St Vallier and Muscat Bleu. This combination creates a delicate pale pink hue, a lively bouquet of red berries and tropical fruit, and a crisp freshness that has made it a beloved classic for over three decades. Every season, we learn something new about our grapes, our climate, and our craft. We constantly refine our techniques to coax out the most expressive flavors and aromas.
From that first vintage to today, our mission has never changed: to make the best wine for you. We’ve improved how we nurture our vines, fine-tuned our winemaking methods, and embraced innovation. All to ensure every sip of Hatten Rosé is better than the last.
As our journey grew, so did Rosé’s story. In 2000, we introduced Jepun Sparkling Rosé — a playful, effervescent twist on our classic, crafted for those who love their celebrations with a little sparkle. Jepun captures the same island spirit in a vibrant, bubbly form, perfect for toasts, milestones, and unforgettable moments.
Over the years, Hatten Rosé and Jepun sparkling Rosé have won the hearts of wine lovers across Indonesia and beyond, earning recognition for both their quality and their role in pioneering the wine industry in Bali.
