In this six-course dinner, Chef Wisnu Adiyatma of Double Ikat and Chef Stephane Simond of French Kiss Bali come together to create a culinary collaboration between two worlds, where Indonesia’s rich Nusantara heritage meets the refined artistry of French cuisine.
