With over 30 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry across Japan and abroad, Mr. Kondo brings a wealth of expertise, leadership and passion for service excellence to his new role.
Mr. Kondo began his journey in hospitality at the age of 23. Over the years, he has gained approximately 16 years of international experience in Mexico and China, in addition to nearly 20 years in Japan, where he worked both in hotels and at corporate headquarters of Okura Nikko Hotel Management. His broad experience in culturally diverse environments has equipped him with strong communication and leadership skills, making him well-suited to lead Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach into its next chapter.
