Think of the famous Kopi Luwak, which is prepared from the faeces of a wild feline animal called the Luwak. The fermentation process of the Luwak would give the coffee a special taste. But Bali also has its own speciality: the Balinese Kintamani coffee. These coffee beans are produced in the cold mountain regions of Kintamani, this coffee has compared to most coffee’s a milder and fruity taste.
