Amankila is celebrating the Global Wellness Day on 12 June 2022 by collaborating with a breathwork Guru, Hendri Take to curate a one-of-a-kind experience that allows guests to engage and connect to the stillness within. Through this experience, guests are able to feel a close connection to nature, the fresh air and water of East Bali and savour the healthy cuisine specially prepared by Amankila.
Upon arrival at the resort, guests are invited to experience wellness through a gastronomic activity at the Harvest Table where healthy homecooked lunch is prepared by resident chefs who will also share local insights of the slow cooking process. Afterwards, guests can participate in a special yoga session by the beach overlooking the stunning ocean with Hendri Take, which will be livestreamed on the Instagram accounts of both Hendri Take and Amankila.
Guests will be invited to rise early on the second day for Sunrise Breathwork with Hendri Take and soak up the morning sun rays, watching the dramatic and colourful transformation of the Balinese sky as the sun goes up over Amuk Bay whilst sipping freshly squeezed juice and savouring homemade pastries. Amankila’s Tamansari balé is set high on the hills, a perfect place to start the day.
With two-days to experience this inspiring location, guests are invited to truly immerse themselves in Amankila’s majestic natural settings. Connected by frangipani-lined walkways through the treetops, stilted suites offer spectacular views high on the hillside, while a three-tier infinity pool cascades at the property’s heart and the beach club leads to a private black-sand beach.
