Road-Tripping with Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels – R We There Yet?

Marriott Bonvoy takes you on a road trip across 5 cities in Indonesia, with Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz

Marriott Bonvoy, the award-winning travel programme from Marriott International has recently launched Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels, in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz. During the month-long Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels campaign, Mercedes-Benz V-Class will travel across 5 cities in Indonesia, starting its journey on September 30, 2021, from Jakarta to Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bali, and will finally return to Jakarta as a conclusion of the journey on October 31, 2021.

Through its unmatched programme, portfolio of extraordinary hotel brands, and endless experiences, Marriott Bonvoy helps guests explore Indonesia’s rich heritage and culinary experiences. Guided by the ethos that “travel is nourishment for the soul and community,” Marriott Bonvoy’s mission is to broaden guests’ horizons and offer a suite of unique experiences. 

In collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels will travel across Java and Bali in style. Mercedes-Benz V-Class brings best-in-class roominess, comfort, and functionality with the Nappa leather upholstery for all seven seats, a centre console with refrigerator and THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control to mention only a few features. Its first-class materials and the ergonomic captain seats make the V-Class a comfort zone on every journey. The 7-seater V-Class offers adventure stories when coming on board, thanks to its utility value and adventure factor the V-Class resulting from its spaciousness, variability and practicality: there is space for anything. The philosophy around the design is a combination of functionality, comfort, safety and style in a way no other vehicle in this segment can offer. Thanks to its assistance and safety systems, such as ATTENTION ASSIST and Blind Spot Assist, the V-Class supports its occupants in many driving situations, so destinations are reached more safely, relaxed and in more style. 

In each city, there will be some exciting activities prepared for guests, including lucky draws, signature food and beverage offerings, and entertainment – exclusively available to existing and new Marriott Bonvoy members to participate in. On 23 and 24 October 2021, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort and Aloft Bali Kuta will host the exciting Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels event at Beachwalk Shopping Center; daily from 12:00 to 21:00 hrs. Guests are invited to enrol and learn the amazing benefits of becoming Marriott Bonvoy members throughout the event. Various prestigious F&B vendors will attend to elevate the guests’ experience i.e. Sababay Wine, Prost Beer, Javabica Coffee, Dilmah Tea, and Cimory. The resort’s culinary team will reveal their secret recipes and do live cooking shows featuring the signature “Ayam Guling” and trending “Croffles”. At the end of the road trip in Jakarta, Marriott Bonvoy will also kick off the start of the Rasa Kuliner Food Festival that will take place in Tribeca Park, Central Park Mall Jakarta.
