The Omni Carbonara is cleverly prepared as a plant-based dish utilising Omni strip, vegan wine, cashew cream sauce, complete with vegan parmesan. This dish guarantees to leave you amazed that it is 100% plant based. For those not familiar OmniPork Strips are cruelty-free, non-GMO and Buddhist friendly, without added hormones, antibiotics or MSG. Chef Tom utilizes OmniPork ground to create a delicious plant based bolognese, which features St Tropez’s house made spaghetti.
St Tropez’s crispy wood fired pizza’s have become infamous in their own right, and the menu features a selection of plant-based options, including one of Italy’s most traditional options now available 100% meat free! The Beyond Pepperoni and Cheese pizza features all the traditional goodness including, plant based Beyond spicy sausage and vegan mozzarella cheese, finished with a drizzle of chili oil.
If that is not enough the plant-based menu deviates from the traditional Italian theme also offering a succulent Beyond burger and a gourmet plant based hot dog. The Beyond burger patty is 100% plant-based, free of GMO’s and looks and cooks just like the traditional beef burger patty. This burger is jam packed with all the essentials featuring a freshly baked soft bun, vegan cheese, grilled onions, tomato, gherkins, lettuce, ketchup, mustard and served with hand cut fries and vegan aioli.
Diners will be surprised to find a gourmet plant-based twist on a classic meaty comfort food, the hot dog. This adaptation features a Beyond sausage and doesn’t scrimp on hot dog essentials of fried onions, gherkins, tomato ketchup & mustard, completed with a side of hand cut fries and vegan aioli.
