This 2-day plan consists of an introduction class to Wellness Programme about nutrients, supplements, and consultation for optimal fat loss journey. On the following day, you will start the day early with body scans and measurements, continued with cycling on a 20-40 KM roundtrip route from Nusa Dua to Melasti featuring beautiful green hills scenery, cliff and ocean. 4 Days Weight Loss Guide
A more comprehensive program that starts with fitness consultation and body measurements on the first day. An 80 KM Nusa Dua-Canggu roundtrip morning bike ride for approximately 3.5 hours on the second day. The third day consists of a trekking activity through the incredible scenery of the Indian Ocean at Uluwatu for 2.5 hours. On the last day, around bike ride from Nusa Dua to Melasti for 50KM that marks your final journey in the program. After riding back to the hotel, guests were provided with a late checkout. A complete package for only IDR 2,200,000++ per person including complimentary amenities.
