Sanctoo Suites & Villas’ dedication and consistency in providing the best service and experience to its guests resulted in Sanctoo being the only representative from Indonesia to make it to the TOP 3 and eventually become the Winner of the 2023 Wildcard Competition in the World’s Best Receptionist award event to be held in Nice, France in March 2024.
Yustia Winarti or often called Tia is the person behind it all. She was born in Gianyar and she is a woman who has passion, dedication, and responsibility in her duties. As a Front Office or Receptionist, she has managed to write her golden ink in her career journey and bring the brand name of Sanctoo as one of the hotels that should be considered in the aspect of providing the best service to the guests. This was proven by the fact that Tia was selected as the winner of this prestigious award among more than 30 participants of the World’s Best Receptionist Wildcard Competition 2023 from all over the world.
“Of course, I am very happy and grateful. It’s honestly beyond what I expected because winning wasn’t my main goal. I just did my best in this competition. I am also grateful for the full support of my team at Sanctoo Suites & Villas and my mentors, Subali Adi Putra (General Manager) and Yowin Permana (Front Office Manager). They are the ones who inspire me to be the best version of myself. I am happy to have the opportunity to represent Bali and Indonesia in France in 2024.

The AICR (Amicale Internationale des Sous Directeurs et Chefs de Reception des Grand Hotels) is one of the international associations that awards Deputy Managers and Front Office Managers of luxury or 5-star hotels around the world. In this wildcard competition, the TOP 3 winners were selected, namely 1. Yustia Winarti as the main winner from Sanctoo Suites & Villa Bali, Indonesia, 2. Joao Conde as the 1st runner-up from Intercontinental Lisbon, Portugal, and 3. Hai Chau Phan was the 2nd runner-up from Pullman Saigon Center, Vietnam.
