Rumari has recently launched the first chapter of its Epicurean Journey – a series of curated gastronomy experiences on the island inviting fine dining enthusiasts to savour the finest curated dining journey synergized with the expertise of the most talented culinary team and guest stars in the industry.
Epicurean Journey sees the Rumari culinary team collaborating with some of the brightest stars in the gastronomy horizon, the quarterly journey will present duets with Michelin starred chefs, 50 Best chefs, world-renowned mixologists and master sommeliers just to name a few.
Epicurean Journey Chapter One was a unique gastronomic experience with Chef Gaetan Biesuz of Rumari. His passion for exploration and discovery is apparent as he leads Rumari to be one of the finest Indonesian restaurants on the island which recently was appointed as the newest Krug Ambassade, the first ever in Indonesia and one amongst the selected few exclusive venues in the world.
Raffles Bali and Rumari had the honor to welcome Mr. Sandiaga Uno, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic Indonesia, Biro Komunikasi Kemenparekraf and his delegation during their recent visit to our Rumari Epicurean Journey Chapter One on Friday, 22nd of April 2022. The Minister arrived at the resort and was greeted by General Manager, Katya Herting. This is part of the Ministry’s drive to support the promotion of Bali’s tourism.
Rumari’s Epicurean Journey Chapter One was successfully held on 22-23 April 2022 at Raffles Bali. This ‘Epicurean Journey’ Chapter One is the very beginning of a wondrous journey of discovery in fine dining.
